PT. DIMA INDONESIA, National Distributor of Guinness Beer, is seeking
for highly qualified individuals to join the Human Resources Team to
meet the current and future growth for:

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST Post Date: 26 May 09

Responsible to conduct training for all operational team & employee,
develop concept and training material, make training programs &
schedule.

Qualifications:

*
Male/Female below 35 years old
*
Min. bachelor degree in any field with GPA 3.00
*
Possesses minimum 3 years experience as a trainer in Marketing
or Distribution in the field of consumer goods product (Food &
Beverages, cigarette, etc)
*
Good in English Oral and Written and computer literate
*
Excellent presentation and training skills, particularly
motivational and soft skill training
*
Make training plan and coordinate with head division for training needs
*
Make training budget & training analysis
*
Good interpersonal skill
