IT Technical Support
(Banten - BSD, Tangerang)

Responsibilities:
• Handling clients complaints and giving the solution
• Monitoring server
• Server troubleshooting (upgrade kernel, tuning mysql, tweaking service, etc)
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required skill(s): Linux, Windows, Apache, IIS, PHP, Mysql, DNS Server, TCI/IP
• Familiar with Cpanel, Plesk is advantage
• Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Applicants must be willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
• A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role with such company associated with technical services, but fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
