   - Experience as HR Consultant / HR Practitioner min 3 years
   - Familiar with ; Job Analisys, Job Description, Job Evaluation, PMS, Grading, Salary Structure, HR Function 
   - English active
   - Integrity, Independent, Charming, Tough, Detail, can handle pressure.
   - Live in Jakarta
