Our Client, Financial Company with several Branches in Indonesia is seeking qualified candidates to join their Jakarta office as: Micro Business Audit Head   Responsibilities: -       Responsible for on-site activities / implementation of Micro Banking Audit in accordance with company standards. -       Supervise and work closely QA Audit Mgr in maintaining the quality of Audit materials -       Review all General or Special Audit implementation, reporting and prepare recommendations for the Audit Committee and Top Mgmt. -       Assist Top Mgmt in providing recommendations and objective information to improve the effectiveness of internal control systems in Micro Banking business processes. -       Continuously evaluate the quality of audit activities conducted by the audit team, through work supervision of each Team Leader by assigning training if needed. Qualification: -       Male (Age 30-40), Preferred Christian -       Available to work ASAP or Immediately! -       Willing to travel and relocate all over Indonesia -       Hold a bachelor degree from any major (Accounting, Finance, and Management Information System Major Preferred). -      Financial risk manager (FRM) or any financial audit certif. preferred -       At least 3-5 years total experience in Operational banking is a must, or financial institution (Microfinance) -       Minimum 3-4 years experience as Marketing in Lending and or as Team Leader Audit Lending.   Please kindly send your resume and profile to: Universal Synergy â€"Executive Search Consultant Email:Bukhori@unisynergyconsult.com Â
