LEGAL SUPERVISOR

Main Responsibility:

§  Responsible to legal drafts, legal reviews and legal advices for company purpose.

§  Performs legal research and prepare analyses, summaries and reports as required to complete legal matter and project

Requirement:

§  Minimal S1 in Law Degree with major in economic / business law, private law

§  Minimum 1-2 years experiences in law firm or legal department and handle corporate law, business law, contract law and/or any related law for the business main core

§  Knowledge and practical comprehension of legal aspect and legal matter.

§  Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document

§  Computer literate and English fluency

§  Female Preferred
