We are National Manufacturing & Ceramic Product Distribution Company, looking for highly performing people, eager to learn, with innovative thinking and good teamwork in the following positions:   Recruitment and Training Specialist (Bekasi Timur)   Responsibilities: 1.      Develop the strategy to identify and to attract potential candidate internally and externally. 2.      Gather all employment requisition from business line and prepare employee data status and turnover report. 3.      Advertise job vacancy, sort and screen the application, conduct psychological assessment, evaluate applicant skill, pre-interview, and give recommendation to applicant qualification. 4.      Design and coordinate with any promotional event i.e. job fair, to support the recruitment activity and to pro-active & promote the awareness the job opportunity. 5.      Strategy, Policy and Operational in Training and People Development Department linked to Company Strategy and Development Plan. 6.      Select the best candidate according the position required, design an offering letter and prepare an employment agreement to selected candidate. 7.      Responsible for developing and maintaining talent pool tools, developing assessment tools and performance management. 8.      Act as internal consultant in Training and People Development field to Management. <!--more-->   Requirements: 1.      Min. S1 Psychology from reputable university (Profession Program is a Plus). 2.      Female, max 28 years old. 3.      Min. 3 years experience in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Recruitment process, and Training. Previous Experience in Manufacturing Industry is an advantage. 4.      Excellent depth interview skill (preferable for Behavioral Event Interview or Competency-based Interview). 5.      Excellent Training Needs Analysis skill. 6.      Excellent problem solving skills. 7.      Excellent Indonesian & English communication skill both spoken and written. 8.      Good level of IT literacy (Ms Office). 9.      Detail oriented, independent, work great under pressure, mature and committed finish the task. 10.  Ability to work effectively and proactive within team environment.    Send your update & complete CV to: hrd@indoporlen.co.id Put code "RTS" at the Subject.
