Job Vacancy in Coal Mining Company

We are coal mining company with concessions in South Sumatera. Due to
our rapid growth, we are currently seeking for some professionals to
fulfill some vacant positions as follows:

1. Administration Staff (assist to General Manager)
Requirements:
- Male or Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum D3 / S1 degree in Engineering.
- Preferably having minimum 2 years experience in mining industry
as an Administration Staff; Fresh-graduated are welcome.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, Corel, Visio
and Drawing Software.
- Having knowledge in mining coal industry.
- Able to create flowchart and Mining SOP.
- Committed to work excellently.
- Must have good analytical thinking and ability to perform with
minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:
Creating flowchart and Mining SOP for all business process,
include data filing as administration tasks.

2. Senior Mine Engineer
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum S1 degree in mining engineering / geology.
- Having minimum 5 years experience in coal mining industry and
minimum 1 year in same position (as Mine Engineer).
- Able to operate mining software (Minescape, Mapinfo, Surpac
program, budgeting, costing and contract).
- Holding POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) and POM (Pengawas
Operasional Madya) certification.
- Willing to be placed in Lahat (South Sumatera) with Point of
Hire (POH) location in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:
For all aspects of mine production including operations
scheduling, quality control procedures , drilling exploration and
hauling coal, technical input into development of new mining
equipment, and operate mining modeling program.

3. Surveyor (Topography)
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum D1 / D3 / S1 degree in Geodecy Engineering.
- Having minimum 3 years experience in coal mining industry and in
same position (as Surveyor).
- Able to operate mining software (Surpac, Minescape and AutoCad).
- Able to operate all surveyor equipment.
- Willing to be placed in Lahat (South Sumatera) with Point of
Hire (POH) location in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:
Carry out general daily mine survey functions; conduct monthly
volume calculations for pits, seawall and stockpiles; ensure
survey control is maintained and is auditable; monitor road,
stockpile and waste dump developments as required; ensure mining
activities conform to the current pit and seawall designs;
mark-out and monitor clearing and rehabilitation operations in
accordance with the mine management plan and the mine closure plan.

4. Geologist
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum S1 degree in mining engineering / Geology.
- Having minimum 3 years experience in coal mining industry and in
same position (as Geologist).
- Mastering in Geological modeling
- Able to operate mining software (AutoCad, Minicom dan Minescape-
Advance Start Model)
- Willing to be placed in Lahat (South Sumatera) with Point of
Hire (POH) location in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:
Conducting and implementing all of the field site geological
survey, surface & sub-surface exploration, geological
interpretation, coal reserve calculation and project feasibility
study activities.

5. Port Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 degree in mining engineering.
- Preferably having experienced in mining industry.
- Having knowledge in crusher operation.
- Having knowledge in stockpile management.
- Having knowledge in coal quality control.
- Computer literate and good language skill both Indonesia and
English.
- High commitment to safety regulation and business ethics.

Responsibilities:
Create integrated standard procedure for stockpile management;
receiving coal from the mine, processing and producing coal
product; ensure all heavy equipment running in good productivity;
create all necessary regular reports to management; monitoring
coal quality and sampling in regular basis.

6. Port Captain
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 degree and holding ANT III.
- Preferably having experienced in mining industry.
- Having knowledge in bulk loading activities.
- Having knowledge in marine and sea transportation rules and
regulation.
- Computer literate and good language skill both Indonesia and
English.
- High commitment to safety regulation and business ethics.

Responsibilities:
Create integrated standard procedure for barging operation;
checking and collect barge particulars; leads in berthing and
deberthing activities; coordinate initial and final draft with
independent surveyor; ensure all shipping document complete and
legal.
