Personal Assistant to Country Head of Bayer CropScience Indonesia

Requirements:

* Female, Age is below 35 years
* University/Academy graduate in secretarial/administration background
* Having 5 years or more related experience in multinational company
* Highly organized, with pleasant personality, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in English and MS Office

Responsibilities :

The incumbent will be responsible to support the Country Head in all activities and functions pertaining to office administration, including documentation processing, file management and record-keeping, office logistics, events, travel and visitors arrangements, and other administrative tasks, as well as to assist the Country Head and his family during his expatriation to Indonesia.
