RECRUITMENT & TRAINING OFFICER (Code:RNT)

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Recruitment process: Psychological assessment, develop matrix competency & placement.
2. Responsible in handling training program: conduct TNA, arrange training, etc.
3. Responsible in implementing ISO 9001; ISO 14001 for all HR aspect

Qualification:
1. Male/Female, min 27 years old.
2. Bachelor degree, majoring in psychology.
3. Experience in designing training program for 3 years.
4. Experience in handling recruitment process, especially for manufacture
5. Knowledge in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
6. Excelent Computer skill (Microsoft Office: Word, Excell, Power point & Linux program)
6. Adaptable, excellent analitical and presentation skill, self starter, excellent communication skill, and able to maintain good relationship with other department.
7. Willing to be placed in Karawang (We provide shuttle bus for employee).
