An exploration and production oil and gas company operating in East Java, is seeking qualified candidates to fill in the position of an HR & Services Manager.
Â
Specific Requirements:
- Experience in managing, overseeing, and supporting all aspects of HR business, such as staff development, organization development, recruitment planning & implementation, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, office services, etc.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing a systematic and effective staff development training programs.
- Proven delivery of effective and efficient office support and services functions.
- Managing and developing job description, job evaluation, and manpower planning (RPTK).

General Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years experience in managing HR & Services, gained preferably in the energy sector.
- Mastery of the government laws and regulations in industrial relations.
- Minimum bachelor degree from reputable University.
- Fluent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Computer literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
