VACANCY HR & Services Manager for Oil & Gas Company

 
Dear All,

An exploration and production oil and gas company operating in East Java, is seeking qualified candidates to fill in the position of an HR & Services Manager.

 

Specific Requirements:

1. Experience in managing, overseeing, and supporting all aspects of HR business, such as staff development, organization development, recruitment planning & implementation, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, office services, etc.
2. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing a systematic and effective staff development training programs.
3. Proven delivery of effective and efficient office support and services functions.
4. Managing and developing job description, job evaluation, and manpower planning (RPTK).

 

General Requirements:

1. Minimum of 12 years experience in managing HR & Services, gained preferably in the energy sector.
2. Mastery of the government laws and regulations in industrial relations.
3. Minimum bachelor degree from reputable University.
4. Fluent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
5. Computer literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
