Sales Trainee Development (Code: STD)

Essential Function:  

·        Develop-execute business plan faster than market growth; target by revenue & profit.
·        Develop-manage sales managers & account managers to secure company's business goals & opportunities.

Required knowledge and skill:

·        Fresh graduates are highly welcome. (max. 1 year experience)
·        Minimum S1 degree, majoring in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or related
·        Interest to sales field
·        Having basic IT knowledge, strong common sense.
·        Pleasant personality & appearance, good integrity (= honest, loyal & trustable),
·        Outgoing & friendly (to meet/approach other people), humorous & assertive,
·        Looking for a long-term permanent employment (over 3 years)
