infrastructure in the SEA region. In line with the company's expansion
into the mobile gas business, we would like to invite suitably
qualified and highly motivated individuals to apply for the following
position:

HRD SUPERVISOR Post Date: 27 Apr 09

Requirements:

* Male / Female;
* Age : Between 35-40 years old;
* Minimum 5 years experience in the same position;
* Minimum S1 degree majoring in Legal, Psychology or Management;
* Have a good understanding of Indonesia labor law and industrial relation;
* Have a good knowledge of organization systems and processes;
* Have strong leadership skills;
* Have good command of English, written and oral;
* Able to facilitate and create concept, preparing, scheduling and
performing HR training;
* Good knowledge in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Jamsostek,
Insurance and PPh 21;
* Able to formulate and implement a HRM systems;
* Able to operate MS Office and Open Office;
* Have good understanding of Human Capital Management;
* Strong initiative, result and process oriented, a self starter
and able to work under pressure;
