CWS Indonesia, an international relief and development agency searching for :  

Program Manager (PM) & Assistant Program Manager (APM) based in Nias

Requirements:
-   S1 in relevant field (APM), S2 preferred (PM)
-   Min 3 years (APM) 5 years (PM) experience implementing relief and/or development program with an international NGO
-   Experience in post-disaster Aceh or Nias preferred
-   Proven experience with community development processes using participatory methodologies
-   Proven experience in managing human resources in general and cross-sector program staff specifically.
-   Good spoken and written English
