We are an Indonesian air charter company with more than twenty years of operational experience in the aviation industry. We are currently looking for highly motivated and qualified individual to fill the following position in our support operations :
 
TRAINING OFFICER

Requirements:
* Male / Female with age minimum 28 years old
* Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Psychology, Management or Human Resources Management
* With minimum 3 years experience in related area at the same position
* Have experience as Trainer
* Fluent in English (written & spoken)
* Excellent in computer skill (MS office, especially MS Power point)
* Can make Training modules (Hard Skill & Soft Skill), training evaluation and Training need Analysis
* Pleasant personality, Good communication skill, Good analytical skill, Creative, Hard working and can work under pressure.
