A leading German Company with world-wide operation is looking for a highly qualified & motivated :
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (CPM)

Responsibilities:

1. Involvement in proposal execution
2. Executing the project within the framework of the contractual stipulations regarding:
*
Results, at least within the approved order cost estimate
*
Proper technical execution of scope of supplies and services schedule
3. Selecting and managing his/her own contract team in accordance with the Head of Business Unit and involving all the necessary specialist disciplines and all other project stakeholders, in order to execute the project successfully
4. Customer service and creating a positive clients reference (customer satisfaction, partners, suppliers)
5. Ensure professional contract documentation (document management)
6. Order controlling and managing reporting (internal / external)
7. Managing risk management
8. Taking charge of change management
9. Taking charge of claim management
10. Taking charge of quality management and HSE management
11. Controlling communication

General Requirements/Qualifications :

* S1 Engineering background / other S1 background with relevant work experience
* Having experience in handling a project
* Professional knowledge of the business and solid network
* Strong background related to our range of business
* Well experience with Projects and management tools for projects
* Maintain and develop the visibility of the Company in the market
* Solid computer skill
* Fluent in English
