PRODUCT SPECIALIST LIFESCIENCE

Function :

* The Product Specialists (or application specialist) first and foremost responsibility is to support sales while providing exceptional customer service. Product Specialist is responsible for assisting the sale executive for the technical promotion and presentation of the company products, and to ensure the implementation and usage of the products by its customer.
* He must have the ability to communicate technical information effectively and efficiently, whilst building and maintaining relationships with clients

Tasks :

* Support the sales team and customers
* Provide pre-sales support including customer presentations, meetings, and high-level design reviews;
* Learn and maintain a full knowledge of the products to allow presentation, demonstration and clarifications;
* Provide training to internal and external resources, explaining the application, associated modules and a good understanding of the background information;
* Be knowledgeable about our competitors in order to improve sales;
* Organize the installation, training and service planning.
* Follow up the user to ensure his satisfaction.

Requirements :

* Male/Female
* Min. S1 Degree in Biotechnology, Biology
* 28 35 years old
* Willing to travel

Experience :

* Min 3 years experience in lifescience, biotechnology or molecular biology.
* Knowledge of the laboratory market is a plus

Skills :

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to build and maintain relations with clients
* Hard worker and great team work as well as independently
* Able to work efficiently and effectively
* Excellent English and Bahasa
* Computer skills (Internet, Ms. Office and other software if needed)
* Honest and trustworthy
