ADVERTISING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE â€" SENIOR (SAE)

General Requirements:

· Female
· Min. D3 Degree from Advertising Communication/Marketing major, GPA min 3 of 4
· Min. 2 years related working experience in advertising agency
· Target Oriented
· Min. 29 years

Special Skills:
· Excellent presentation, sales and interpersonal skills.
· Analytical, committed, tactful and proactive
· Must be able to handle pressure well
· Capability to manage own accounts well

Job Descriptions:
-Check the status of each client’s job(s) in the creative department and verify the jobs will be complete on time
-Contact each client at least once a day to discuss current and upcoming projects
-Initiate new jobs for the client
-Review, check the details of design products and present concepts/layouts/copy to the client for approval
-Communicate the client’s feedback to the creative department and discuss the next steps in the campaign
-Obtain new clients and new jobs as targeted

MARKETING ADMINISTRATION (SUPPORT)

General Requirements:
· Female or Male, Age max 27 years old, single
· SMA/SMK â€" Office Management or Administration or Secretary
· Good computer literate & internet.
· Ability to handle multitasking assignment.
· Good hand writing.
· Good command of English oral or written
· Has pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skill.
