We are a Group Company of Manpower Supplier & General Contractor Company in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Maintenance Services, Logistics & Others. We look for suitable candidates who can fill the position as below:
HRD Recruiting Officer (Code : HRO)

Qualification:

1. Minimal S1 in Law or Psychology or Technical
2. Having experiences in Recruiting Officer / Human Resources Minimal 5th preferred in Oil and Gas Industries
3. Minimal 35th 45th years old
4. Having knowledge in :
1. Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan, Industrial Relations and Community Relations
2. Having skill to make HRD concept : Job Description, Performance Appraisal/Key Performance Indicators, Good Industrial Relations
3. Having skill in Leadership, ISO 9001 and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
5. Good interpersonal, good communication skills, high analytical skill & fast leaner
6. Computer Literate in using MS office and familiar with internet
7. Fluent in English both speaking & writing
8. Located in Jakarta & remote area
9. Only qualified candidate match with the above mentioned qualifications and requirements will be notified for further selection
