below positions.
Secretary

Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
* Engaging in contractual agreements with suppliers and customers
* Organize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements
* Maintain schedules, arrange and confirm appointments
* Handle incoming mail and other material
* Set up and maintain filing systems
* Liaison with internal and external contacts
* Operate office equipment

Job Requirements:

* Female < 28 years
* Graduated from reputable Secretarial College
* Minimum 1 year experience in the same field before
* Proficient in computer and MS Office Application
* Proficient in English language
* Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
* Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, initiative, attention to detail
* Able to perform multitasking work
* Fresh graduates welcome
