Responsibility :

* Reviewing, giving advices and signing off on changes to business practices and products, briefing the line manager on regulatory developments likely to affect the Bank s operations, and working with line management in developing new products to ensure that potential compliance issues are addressed at the product development stage;

Requirement:

* Strong understanding and quick to learn on policy (Indonesia Law, all Bank Indonesia regulations, Capital Market Law and the guidelines and policies of the Group) and its implementation.
* Ensure consistent effectiveness and efficiency of the department as well as ensuring all queries, reports, and other ad hoc projects are completed within timeframe.
* Demonstrate creative, constructive and objective thinking in offering assistance to business lines in controlling compliance risks.
* Excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge of banking products and services and ability to work under tight timeframes.
* Excellent report writing and communication skills
* Demonstrates a high degree of credibility and integrity
