Requirement :

1. Have a minimum S1 degree in Mechanical Eng/Industrial Technical/Civil Eng/Textile Eng from a reputable university
2. Min 5 years experience as Garment Factory Manager
3. Age 30 40 years
4. Good manpower management skills, especially in medium sized garment industry (150-200 people).
5. Posses expertise of technical consultant (production system, planning, budgeting and monitoring, QHSE)
6. Proficient in making business plan which is target oriented.
7. Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem solving, analytical & communication skills
8. Self motivated, high initiative and adaptability
9. Smart, active, hardworking, discipline and responsibility
10. Willing to be base in Bali
11. Expertise in operational skills is a must
