Qualifications for :

1. HRD Manager:

*
Male or Female, Max. 40 years old
*
S1 degree with a proven leadership skill to manage an organization with over 1,000 employees, ideally with 5 to 8 years relevant experience
*
Experience in HRD in multinational company/mining/oil & gas/manufacturing
*
Should have strong in operational, leadership and presentation skills
*
Must be a team player who is committed to continuous improvement
*
Excellent report writing, communication and interpersonal skills
*
Experience and good knowledge and understanding of DEPNAKER rules, Income tax employee, jamsostek and insurance policies.
*
Experience in setting up HR system and policy, formulating company policies, implementing manpower strategies and procedures
*
Ability to communicate and interact with employees and government officials at all levels
*
Ability to motivate teams
*
Willing to travel and work under pressure and long hours
*
Good command of written and spoken English is a must
*
Office location South Jakarta

2. HRD Staff:

* Male or Female, Max. 30 years old
* Min. Diploma in Psychology / Human Resources / Business Studies / Administration / Management, with GPA min 3.00
* Minimum 2 year experience managing all HR Routine
* understanding of DEPNAKER rules, Income tax employee, system payroll, jamsostek and insurance policies.
* Clerical/Administrative activities, recruitment, training, General Affairs, etc
* Having knowledge of filling document
* Ability for multi-tasking and job prioritization
* Detailed, accurate, and on time in work output and has initiative
* Willing to work under pressure and long hours
* Good command of written and spoken English is a must
* Office location South Jakarta
