Idea Buzz Creative Agency (www.ideabuzzheadquarter.com) is looking for young creative individual who are passionate about designs and strategic Account Executives to join our team and grow with us to help the success of our client’s visual communication programs. To fit into our culture, you need to:
Account Executive

IDR 2500000 – 4000000 + Bonus per project?(Jakarta Raya – Kemang Utara, Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain information on projects with current and new clients
* Review and improve projects & execution plans
* Briefing other agency staff, such as creative teams and production departments;
* Attending meetings and sharing ideas at brainstorming sessions, reporting back details of discussions;
* monitoring the progress of work and producing status reports;
* carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.
* preparing and checking invoices and bills;

Requirements:

* Attractive Female,
* S1 degree graduate,
* Minimum 5 year experience as an Account Executive/Marketing and Communication in Design service industry
* Experience dealing with advertising & events management would be advantageous
* Have a good relationship with lifestyle based company and possessing a wide network
* Experience of achieving a challenging sales revenue
* Have knowledge to promote and sell design services
* Have an excellent sales record and negotiation skills
* Highly motivated, passionate in sales field with strong target oriented
* Must have excellent people skills and able to work with a wide range of people
* Think creatively, initiative, and work with others in a team environment
* Ability to take initiative and work independently or in a team
* Good command in written and spoken in English
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kemang Utara,Jakarta Selatan.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Employee will be given 15% bonus per nett of new project deal
