PROCESS & MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (2 positions) Lighting Surabaya

Responsibilities :

Responsible for establishing a culture of continuous improvement and creating conducive operating conditions towards the attainment of World-class standard; Performs activities in line with glass manufacturing improvement process, Monitors all production equipment; Develops and directs the usage of technical problem solving; Performs process capability study related to process improvement; Encourages and monitors the operating system to achieve continues improvement; Ensures that Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updated; Supervise & monitor quality system implementation including complaint handling activities

Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Mechanical [preferred], at least 4 years of experience in similar job function, possessing mechanical designs skill, ability in engineering improvement tolls is preferable (RCM,FMEA,TPM & Quality tolls), computer literate, leadership potential, willing work teamwork player, willing work teamwork player, good communication skill, good personality and interpersonal skill
