Our Client is an Established Private Education Specialist that focused on Foreign Student Recruitment in Singapore.

With more than a decade of private education industry experience, they are rapidly growing their regional network, offering consultancy services for overseas education placement services for foreign students from primary school, high school and up to post graduate. They are also a leading source of education and career solutions for institutions and aspiring individuals, from school placements, guardianship and accommodation coordination.

They are presently seeking for versatile, resourceful and high-motivated individuals based in Indonesia to join them as Associates on a comprehensive incentive scheme.

As an Associate, you will:

* Prospect and select potential target market (Students) and convince them to go to study overseas
* Conduct need analysis and consultation to potential students and their parents by understanding their interests and aspirations.
* Coordinate with the Singapore-based Director and Consultants to recommend the suitable Singapore-based programme, institutions and accommodation to them
* Attend to enquiries through phone and email
* Follow up on potential students for registration of programme
* Monitoring and follow up with the students enrollment and its procedures.
* Oversee up to the successful transfer of each student
* Participate students recruitment activities, such as Open House, Education Fairs, Workshops and through One-To-One consultation and presentation.
* Partner with the Singapore-based Director and Consultants in generating marketing ideas and activities

As an Associate, you shoud possess:

* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in education industry is preferred (preferably sales experience)
* Graduated from overseas institution is an advantage.
* Prior working experience in local Indonesia education sector is a must.
* You should be a local Indonesian with vast contacts, and possess thorough appreciation of the importance of overseas education.
* Customer orientation, good people skills and able to work with people at all levels.
* Self driven, persistence, service and result oriented and with strong spoken and written communication skills.
* Good negotiation skills and possess high degree of communications and presentation skills in English. (Spoken and written)
* Possess good sense of responsibility and commitment.

* You should possess good business acumen.
* You should be savvy to communicate via SKYPE.
* This is a Free-Lance Associate role. More information will be provided by our Client upon you being shortlisted.
