Our leading products and services include bearings, expansion joints, seismic devises and structural health monitoring systems for bridges and other structures. In order to better satisfy the challenging demands of our Asian clients, we are seeking a:
Senior Asia Sales Manager

Your duties:

Your range of duties will be varied and challenging. Duties will include tendering and management of projects from the contract negotiation stage to final settlement. You will advise our Asian clients and supervise our agencies in those countries. You will also be assigned higher-level duties in the areas of market development, product development and marketing. You will also be expected to provide occasional technical solutions to meet our clients requirements. Your working base will be in Shanghai with approx. 30-50% travel mainly in Asia.

Our requirements:

Our ideal candidate: 30 – 45 years old, fully qualified structural engineer (e.g. internationally recognized technical university degree), ideally with additional business management training, a minimum of 4-5 years professional and successful experience in a similar position (familiar with construction field), significant periods of time spent in an Asian business environment, motivated and competent at solving complex project management tasks in a timely and success-orientated manner, no nationality limitation, and must be proficient in English (other Asian language also beneficial).
