CORPORATE SECRETARY (Jakarta Raya)

RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Maintain the organizations official and legal documents and records according to the principles of good governance and to comply with relevant laws and regulators.
2. As secretary to the board of Directors, prepare Board meeting agendas, compile information packages for Board members, and prepare the official minutes of Board and Committee meetings.
3. Contribute to a positive relationship between the organizations and its shareholders by organizing and preparing documentations forshareholder meetings and responding to shareholder request for information.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date shareholder lists and registrations and advise officers of significant changes or developments in share/stock ownership and control.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Maximum ages 35 years old
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) from reputable university, major in Accounting is more preferable
* Have min 3 years working in a related field
* Excellent in Microsoft Office
* Strong in communication skill
* Good Manner
* Having knowledge about Financial Statement Analysis
* Familiar with Financial Management
