Manager Product Management

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing new product development project for agency
* Managing ongoing integration and continuous improvement of product after/post launching.
* Monitoring regulatory & compliance requirement related product
* Managing product competitor analysis and sales production report
* Managing issues related product with other department

Job Requirements:

ExpERiEncE & Qualification:

* Bachelor Degree form recognized university
* Possess min. 4 years of experienced in Life Insurance, Product Knowledge, and Product Management
* Possess skills and knowledge in Life Insurance product and operation

KnowlEdgE/SKillS:

* Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian both written and spoken
* Computer skill of word, excel and PowerPoint
* Possess strong interpersonal skills, trustworthy, committed and values integrity
* Proactive and initiative
* Teamwork player
* Possess ability to organize and prioritize work
