A renowned Medical Assistance Company based in South Jakarta looks for two :
OPERATIONS COORDINATORS for its 24 / 7 Alarm Center

As a operations coordinator you will be mostly dedicated to handle our clients from health Insurance :

* Answering to all our dedicated phone lines for health insurance and informing the caller about his policy
* Identifying the request (coverage of medical expenses, medical evacuation, etc)
* Collecting past medical history documents (Assisting our doctors)
* Coordinating and following up the case with international clients

Requirements :

* Education & Experience:
* S1 / S2 RELATED TO INSURANCE INDUSTRY
* Minimum 2 years experience in insurance industry with strong experience in dealing with insured persons
* Minimum 2 years experience in Claims processing
* Having a good understanding / experience of health insurance policy is an advantage

Language :

* Perfect Bahasa Indonesia, in both spoken and written.
* Fluent English, in both spoken and written, is an absolute must.

Other :

* Female / Male willing to work on a 24 /7 rotating shift without exception
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill,
* Mature personality, high sense of responsibilities
* Computer literate
* Fast learner and able to work under pressure
* Multi tasking capability, able to manage several simultaneous situations
* Able to work as individual as well as in a team
* Customer and services oriented
* Positive and outgoing attitudes
