We are a Logistics & Distribution service provider with offices / agents throughout Indonesia and worldwide networking has the following vacancy as:
MARKETING MANAGER (For Domestic & International/Export Import)

Job Descriptions:

* Generate a fast growth of brand volume with a strong communication & positioning foundation and managing the brand monthly budgeting
* Preparing and implementing marketing programs based on yearly budget
* Evaluating sales achievement on products, marketing programs, and product availabilities
* Preparing marketing intelligent or research on new products or competitors products
* Building a good relationship to key account outlets
* Presenting product knowledge training to sales team
* Leading operational team on below the line programs implementation
* Presenting marketing plan and branding management to principle
* Conduct sales presentations, prepare business correspondence, develop proposals, execute contracts, prepare revenue analysis reports
* To establish and manage relationship in BRAND corporation
* To achieve main target sales and market share
* To develop selling strategy to corporation customers

Requirements:

* Male or Female max. 40 years old
* Bachelor degree in business management or marketing
* Having working experiences such as consumer goods, telecommunication, mining, oil & gas, freight forwading (maximum 5 years)
* Good command of English both written and spoken
* Have knowledge about HSE and ISO system is advantage
* Understand the Brand Management (marketing mix, positioning, launch, research, budget and competition)
* Has to have a good and deep understanding of the market as well as competitors performance. Responsible in providing a regular update of market analysis and brand performance
* A proficiency or aptitude with personal computer on basic application such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word is essential.
* Having pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
* Having good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Able to work under-pressure
* Potential leadership with ability to manage group and people
* Enthusiastic, fast Learner, team player, self motivated
* Having own vehicle is a must.
